Refund policy

Items purchased in store are eligible for store credit only. Any eligible item must have all tags attached and in sellable condition for store credit consideration. Shoes, jewelry, and trunk show purchases are considered final sale. 

Items purchased online are eligible for returns if received in store within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, you can contact us at stylist@gretta.co with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping labels are not provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be sent back to us in the original packaging with all Gretta Luxe and designer garment tags still attached. Please take care when trying on your purchases to ensure they are returned in the same condition in which you received them.

Sale items discounted at 50% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please email fran@gretta.co with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. If the item is in stock, we will place it on hold for you and ship it out once we receive your return. 


Refunds
Once received and accepted, all returns will be credited to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of return; however, some banking institutions require additional processing time.
